slingblade is on a distinguished road
Which is the ideal mount

Excluding the roof/wall mount how is the ideal way to mount a Fortec 80 CM with a HH90? I was thinking of a galivanized pole cemented in the ground, but I was worried about the flexibility. Should I use the wall mount on a 4x4 or what

What I used to do was cement a 2 1/2 " galvanized steel pole in the ground. At the bottom end drill two holes and put a bolt through it to prevent the pole from twisting in the cement. Then use the wall mount and make two U-bolts out of 1/4" threaded rod; cut to fit. You will not find premade U-bolts big enough to fit through the wall-mount holes. This is the strongest way. DO NOT use wooden 4X4s because as they dry they twist and will throw off your alignment.
