problem with hh100

hh100 motor seems to be weak. it gets to the west position and it sits there it won't come back to east unless you help it back any suggestions on what might cause this? i have checked voltage to motor 13.96,
continuity is fine ,also check with another receiver.this is the second hh100 motor they have sent me. it is a 90cm fortec star dish with a invacom quad lnb?this is a brand new setup what eles can i check or do

When you move the dish, try using a Horizontal transponder. The voltage will be higher and the motor will move faster.

Check your cable. It must be RG6.
Connectors must be of high quality.

Try taking the LNBF off the dish, then rotate the dish. If the DISH rotates fine, then the weight could be a problem.
