Dish setup help

I have a 80cm Fortec dish and a HH90 motor. I tried to get T-5 bird (my true south satellite) but unsuccessful. I have set my motor at 33 (latitude) and dish elevation at 40. I have my dish pointing at around 175 azimuth. My LNB is an Ivocom Circular/Linear Quad LNBF. I have a 4 way DiSEqC switch between LNB and the switch. I have a linear go into LNB2 and circular in LNB3. My zip is 76018. Please help!!!

i havent checked your calculated values, but i suggest you bypass all switches and directly connect to one of the linear outputs. I see that the quad lnb has one output for horizontal linear and one for vertical linear.. hmm .. i never used this lnb but i guess you have to watch which transponder you aim for on T5.

you need to use ones that are "active." or that are currently transmitting signals. Lyngsat.com usually lists the latest active transponders.

there are two big tables in the pages of lyngsat. Some only have one table. The first table always represents C-band frequencies, and the second table always represents KU frequencies. You need to look at ku freqs. If the black numbers are 5 digits.. its ku.. if its 4, its C band.
