Help please

from what i have read :

I live in leesburg,fl 34788
i would put my motor (HH100) at 25.2 latitude up&down
my dish (fortecstar 40inch) at 28.8 elevation up&down
and my Azimuth at 185
and my lnb is a invacom quad QPH031
and receiver coolsat 4000
i am having a problem getting any kind of singal quality
i am an aiming at nimiq2 (i think miniq2 is what to aim at for adjustment)to try to adjust but can't get it
lnb it set at lnb powern
lnb type : universal
lnb freq: 10.750/11250
22khz:auto
diseqc switchff
any help would be greatly apprecated
something else also the hh100 motor seems to be weak it gets to the west position and it sits there it won't come back to east unless you help it back any suggertions on what might cause this

im not sure if your lnb is designed for nimiq 2... you need a circular type lnb.
