cant get a responce from lnb or meter not working

I have a coolsat 4000 pro with a 31" fortec dish, and a fortec fsku-v lnb. Its on a sm3d12 motor. also have a T-55 dish. Im trying to hit a bird out there with the 31" dish, with satellite finder with no luck. My T-55 hitting 110 119 and 91. All three birds show good signal strength with my sat. finder, and are working good. With my 31" dish i can't bring any signal in at all. Wondering if its my lnb or analog meter, or maybe my settings. What setiings should I use on the coolsat for this Lnb?My furthest south bird is 82. My longitude is 84 and Lat. is 40. Any help appreciated.

well which sat are you trying to pull in and make sure all your calculations including skew are correct. Also, make sure the pole is completley LEVEL.

Im trying to hit 82 which i think is the furthest most south bird for me . does this sound correct? but no signal where ever i point it? All is level, just no signal. Do i need a better signal meter than an analog meter? 110 and 119 are in strong on my T 55 dish but nothing on my new one.
