Stuck, Zero Quality

After several attempts with aligning the dish, still have zero quality level.
I have an Ultra, SM3D12, FS80, and FSKU-2V.
What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for the reply.
My zip: 66053 and using Lat = 38.6, Lon = 94.6. True South = 177
The motor and dish are set to 38.5 and this is a roof mount with a clear sight.
Did notice the compass becoming inaccurate when held close to the motor.
I think I will disassemble everything and start over and if my setting are right, we'll just keep trying.

tip: stand well behind your motor with compass, line up by eye your motor and have someone place a stick in the ground many feet away from your dish on the correct heading.

Line up by eye from the point behind your dish. You'll be much more accurate that way. As you have noted, metal stuff affects the compass a LOT...

Disassembled everything back to the mounting pole and started over. Used a carpenters square to draw a pencil line from zero on the motor shaft accross the top of the motor to the post. Alignment marks were drawn on other parts of the dish. Turning the carpenters sqare verticle and placing on the top of the mounting pole enabled me to use the squares ruler as a sighting devise (gun sight). Aligned everything to a chaulk mark on the street indicating 177 degrees.
Set the dish to T5 and "Thar she blows"

Thanks for the help.
