I'm a newbie but this worked for me. Also join as many forums as you can, read them all and then reread them as you learn more. Things make more sense as you learn more.
I have gone through a couple of pointings over the first month and am finally happy.
High 80's and 90's through most of the arc, except on sats with what I have read to run weak transponders.
I have the
HH120, but should work same way for yours.
Hint: Take your receiver and tv out in the yard/on the roof with you. Its saves shouting and relationships.
Set motor and dish to correct angles from the
SG2100 page.
Go into receiver select your true south satellite (one close in number to your longitude with active ku transponders matching your lnb). Drive motor to that satellite.
Loosen motor mount from post and swivel all until you get strong quality. Get stronger quality following the swivel action by adjusting only the level of the dish (LEAVE THE MOTOR ALONE).
True south should be as high as you can get it. My TS's quality run to 99%.
Next choose farthest east and west and adjust dish level (should be just a little).
I lost one end of your arc when adjusting for the opposite end. Found my dish was not set true 0 mounted on motor post.
