Need help for the same old problem , no signal quality

I just ordered one M-3 Motorized PCI FTA system ( TwinHan 102G, HH90 Motor, 36" FS90U Dish and Universal 0.4dB Single KU LNBF) from Sadoun. In the past two weeks, I tried very hard to adjust satellite and active transponder frequency, but I still can not get any signal quality. I was looking for SatMex5 and G10R

I learned that PCI card was not easy to get dish aiming satellites. I was thinking whether standalone receiver will be easy to lock signal.
