need help install pointing dish 33" fortec star in mont

i just bought a CoolSat 4000 pro FTA receiver and 33" dish with Universal single LNBF FSKU-V , i want point dish to 97 degree WEST or 121 degree WEST , so how can i know the signal is good ? and what's elevation and AZuth? i'm new with FTA . Anyone have a guide or show me how to set up my dish? :mozilla_frown:
