Missing Parts

I bought a 180cm prime focus dish and I am building it tonight. I am missing parts. Will calling support get me the parts or do I have to contact Fortec in Canada? I am missing the center panel and the stabilizer support and attaching hardware.

Are you refering to the LNBF holder? That is not included with the dish.

Could you take digital pictures of your assembly and email it to support@sadoun.com with your order #.
