connecting and powering two lnb from one receiver

I have a dual ouput ku lnb with separate h &v outputs. The lnb needs power to be applied to both ports simultaneously to function. I want to connect this to a Pansat 330a with one lnb input how can I do this.

are you sure they are seperate h/v outputs? have you tried using only one port?
