This is a big problem for me ( i think

Hello again guys, hope u all doing good.

some of you might know, but i am trying to install my motorized dish on my roof, and by the ways thats the only way i could hook it up because on my backyard trees all over the places, and in front yard,. i have to put it right in the middle of my yard, which would be so gay, and i think my neighbors would make a big fuss about it, but any ways, see i think on my roof, i can't have my dish every whhere either cuz of the trees, but i figured that i can only have a stationary dish on my roof, because the dish its on the roof, it won't move around i think, so it can be only stationary, unless some one can tell me where i ccan get a long pole mast for the roof, i just got a universal mount from sadoun, i thought that might help, but its short also unless i am doing some thingng wrong, here is a couple of pictures,

i would really appreciate any help, for poling mast or any thing like that, i don't wnat to get any thing that passes 50 dollars

so what should i do guys, here are couple of pictures

thanks in advance

Abas

you're going to have problems, I think, at least from the way the pics look (I could be wrong due to perspective), but:

See in the last picture, look above your car. See the 2 U bolts that attach your motor? That top section of that J pipe, must be perfectly plumb, up and down, with reference to the ground.

See this example.
[picture graphic that was linked to someone else's server, removed...]

In your picture, it looks like your motor's shaft is plumb with the ground, which is not right. Your dish looks like it's hitting the roof.
For that mount to work in your configuration, I think you need to rotate the mount on the roof counter-clockwise, 90 degrees, so the small legs point towards the peak, and the foot mount points towards the ground.
Then you can adust the legs so that the top J pipe is plumb.

This is sort of how it will look.
I'm not sure why the 2nd pole is zip-tied to the mast in the tripod, but you get the idea on how it stands on the roof:

No, it must be installed so that the mast/pole is absolutely straight up, plumb for things to work right.

It is possible to (for example) have this tilted over to one side when you screw the legs down to the roof.

Best thing would be to have someone hold a level against the pole, while the legs get screwed into the roof. Check it 10 times before screwing the bolt down...

That pole is nothing but an OTA Antenna by GE. It is called the GE MAX 6' antenna and we use it to receive local HDTV signal.
