please help in set up FTA sat dish with sm3d12 motor

My location is 39 LAT/77 LONG. How do I set up my dish and motor to get Intelstar5 and Galaxy10R from my location??. my FTA receiver is Coolsat 4000 Pro. Please help!!!!!
