TRAXIS -2500 NEED HELP TO FIND SIGNAL ON TELSTAR 5...PLEASE

hello ,I just got a traxis dbs-2500 and can't fine signal for telstar 5,the level go up to 70 but no quality.I don't know what is wrong with it??? did try too many angles but not thing.I live in Spokane ,wa 99217.Please help.THANKS

Did you set up the receiver for your LNB? If its a universal LNB the L.O. frequency must be 10,600 MHz -- otherwise its 10,750 MHz if the LNB is standard. Did you make sure you set your receiver to an active transponder on T5? Check out lyngsat. Did you make sure your LNB is tilted to the proper skew? Should be around 8 or 9 o'clock for Spokane. Check out Sadoun's installation section on this site for lots of helpful information.
