LNB RF failure

I have a DishPro Twin setup. After check switch runs, I get this message. "Problems were found! LNB failure on N.C. Port 1." Signal is red and unlocked. Also, details state that "LNB Status: Direct Connect to a DP-Twin, DP Twin-1 Good Connection, No signal." Does all this simply mean that the satellite is not positioned right, or is it possibly a bad switch? Also, does it matter which side 119 and 110 cables are attached to on the Twin? Thanks in advance.
