Liberty Channel, Guardian Television Network

When I plug into my Fortec the Liberty Channel info from the charts, I don't pull it in. Have any of you been able to receive it? If so, what #s are you using? I'm using: AMC1, 4070 freq., 2300 S/R.

Also, I have not seen where Guardian Television Network is transmitting. ANyone know. I belive it's a PAX channel, but haven't seen it amongst the PAX stuff.
