Help with a satellite Internet

Hello everyone :lol:
How r u all?.
my topic here just for trying to understand the concept of connecting to the internet satellite through my TwinHan 1020A PCI Card

i got opensky client and point to eutelsat W3 Bird
but it's not working and not saying that i have a sat card :roll:

i donna know wut to do here
plz if anyone know anything about that plz help me :idea:
