If there was a new FTA channel...

If there was a new FTA channel in the works, what would you want it to be? Movie, Sports, Music, News, Religious, Cartoon, or other channel? I would go for a new music channel (The tube is very very good, but I would love for a techno, trance channel)

I enjoyed when MAD was on tarbs tranponder on g10r. I wish it would come back. Don't speak a word of greek, but they played a good mix of non greek/European/American music.

I love the Dubai documentary channel, 2M, Algerian music on Algeria TV and the TV stations from Spain on Hispasat. Also I like to waatch the Dutch TV on Telstar 12 even though I don't speak Dutch.
I would also love a satellite show but better then low quality of DR Dish.
I use to watch a satellite show in French with high speed internet.

You know bobkat, I was looking for a way to make a poll but i really didn't find it around here. I thought it was disabled.

Yes MAD wasn't bad, lol. Too bad I can't get niether hispasat, nor Telstar 12 for some reason i need to figure out :-(

But thanks for replying it is nice to know what you people like. I really do miss TARBS on G10R. Especially my own country's channel MKTV. I really hope they appear somewhere soon on north american sats.

I used to watch MKTV on Galaxy 10R even though I don't understand the language. I just enjoy the music and seeing differnet peopel from differnet cultures.

Yes bakshish, I too love watching the arabic T5 channels for their ethnic music because it has a very similar style and sound to my country. I know thats because the balkans have been under first Byzantine rule then 500 years of Turkish rule so there are many things left by them in the cultures.

I would like a SPORTS FTA channel. I like Boxing and Martial Art.

It comes in handy during world cup soccer matches as well.
