Receiving Japanese Network channels

I have dishnet 500 with the extra sat. I pick up NHK. Its not what my wife really wants. I wanted to receive the other networks.If I understand this
correctly. Wouldnt I receive these channels with the

http://www.lyngsat.com/freetv/Japan.html

This is the system I wanted to get

Please help I dont want to spend money if its not what Ill get.

They are hanging on another part of earth!!!

We can only watch any satllite on West !

ain't that a bummer too. all the good stuff is over there or C band.
