Is anyone getting any active transponders on AMC 6?? I can not get any signal. I have a H to H motor and all other sats. track ok. Or is everything encrypted on this bird.

there is only 1 channel on the KU side its wvgn, its on 11802 H 2000
some lnbf can have a hard tiem locking on to a symbol rate of 2000, just program it in an let it set for a moment to process the signal

I just scanned this Sat and all I got was KTEL(not much call for spanish up north) and WVGN, both fox and comcast were no shows but the weather is pretty crappy up here so that is affecting my signals a bit. Like the man says try to program them in manually and see what happens although I still only came up with the 2 channels.

last time I checked, WVGN was working.
Fox is no longer on this sat, but is on a different one (cant remember which one...) so lyngsat is out of date on that.
I installed a dish to Amc 6 to try to ge SKY tg24 and did not find any active transponders either, I later found out that it's being transmitted by Directv International programming so I gave them a call to get and they charge me 9.95 a month for it. There isn't many Italian channels on the FTA side anyway.
C-band, transponder 18. Need a C-ban dish to get C-band signal.

There is not much on AMC 6 (Ku) right now except feeds, and you have to catch an active one to tune your pie pan to this one. Lots of Sports in the Fall and Winter, but nothin' right now. :mozilla_frown:
