not getting tube tv on g10

I am a new member and finally got my system up and running. I get good signal and quality on G 10, but on frequency 11719V they want to come in, but are pixalized and struggle to come in. All others on the sat come in fine. Any others having this problem ? Thanks !!!

How big is your dish? Try to adjust the skew.

It is a fortec star 31" I tried elevation and skew and it did not help.

I had the same problem. You need to re-program your TP according to lyngsat site: 11719, 27687, 3/4. Mine works perfectly now.
