Hi guys, I live in Houston TX, and I have a 7 foot dish. am I able to recieve any channels from Nahuel 1 or is it far?.

There are only few (3 or 4 channels) beam to N.America.

you using a, universal lnb?, im going to put my universal lnb on tommorw and give another shot.

Yes sir. I set my LNB to "universal 1" on my ULTRA setup.
