What's the best KU and C band solution?

I want to be able to receive ALL of the KU and C band channels listed at http://www.lyngsat.com/freetv/United-States.shtml, but I'm not sure about encryption and equipment. The title of that table seems to imply that all of those channels are free, but then there are some that seem to require a "package" and what does the A in the box mean? Once those questions are answered, what receiver do I need? I want to be sure that I can have PAL signals converted and can also receive anolog signals as well as DVB. Lastly, what size dish should I be looking for and what kind of LNBF, motor unit, and switching is required? Thanks all!!!

"A" is a link to a listing of the addresses of sat channels.

I use my BUD LNBs with the Fortec slaved to it.

When you say slave, do mean that you have to use both receivers and switch back and forth to get different channels? And can you get MPEG 1.5 channels free?

The analog IRD, a Houdton Tracker 70, moves the 10' antenna and powers the LNBs. The Fortec uses the LNBs for FTA signals.
I can't watch C band and DVB at the same time. The "Master" usually controls polarity, but I have a relay so that when the Fortec is powered on it controls polarity. I have another C Band IRD from Ebay, and I'm setting up another BUD to free up my C band receiver.

I use 8ft mesh dish/I bought second hand/and EchostarAD-3600ip,that work on both C and Ku band,Polarotor with Astrotel/ 17*C band and 0,5 quattro/ converters.Because the receiver support DiSeqC 1.0 protocol I use Genis switch 4x1, to switch/everything happen automaticaly/between the two converters on the motorized and one on the fixed dish/my motorized one is obstructed by building, i use the fixed for Telstar 5/Even my 8ft mesh dish is old model/the larger the holes, the worst for Ku band/I am stil able to watch almost everything C and Ku between 15Wand 87W.Another thing -I have my TV, VCR,sat receiver- multisystem, even very few channels are PAL.Also is nice DVD player to be multiregion,to have possibility to watch DVDs from different regions of the worldSimilar to my receivers are some of theSatCruiser's/401/ and Fortec's, .They are sell here in US, loaded with all Database/satellites,transponders/Mine is bought from Europe/Echostar do not sell in US/ and should manually put all data for satellites over US.http://http://www.echostar.nl Wish you succes!
