just got my ultra today went into setup all ok.but i canot exit setup what is wrong is it a bad rec.? thanks to all.

Have you tried repeatedly hitting the exit button, 4-5 times? This should exit you from the menu/setup. If that fails try unplugging and plug back in, or flip the power switch on/off at the rear of the receiver.
