Question Need help converting fc90p to fc90u

I am showing a picture of the bracket for the reflector that i have in the first attached picture it is a fc90p. I am looking for the attachment, replacement brackets for a fc90u to hook to a dg380 motor. Can any one help? The 2nd picture is what i am looking for. That is the reflector brackets, the lnb arm, and the u-bolt bracket that goes to the motor.

Please help!
Thanks

Thumbs down No luck

No luck at sadoun, tried there first. That is unless i am looking in the wrong place. There was no option to buy what i was looking for. The only option was the whole dish. The picture shows way I need the other setup.

Just change the post on the motor...

The easiest thing, and a better install is to just switch out the tube on the motor to a smaller one. Sadoun has it for $13. Check on the HH motor page...

42mm Replacement Tube for PowerTech DG240, DG280, DG280B, DG380 Motors:Use this tube if you are going to use a small dish under 95cm.

Should be an easy fix. It is better, because, you see there is a bolt that runs throught the arm and helps fix the direction on the tube. The other mount is just a friction fit.

Hi,

I think we still have a U-Bolt bracket in stock. It is not listed on the website anymore as we thought we ran out of stock. But we found a few in stock. Call and ask the sales rep to check with warehouse. It is $10 plus s/h

Ok, I just noticed from your picture one that you have the newer Fortec 80cm dish not the older one. On this newer one the U-Bolt bracket will not work because the the LNBF Arm is different.

Take a look at the first post it explains what i have, and also what i need. The dish that i have is the fortec 90cm and not the 80 cm. It is the newer one, but it will not work with a dg380 motor. That is why i have sent the photos.
