Hey
I've been working with Hughes dishes and systems for 3 years now, and I have never encountered a problem like this. Here is the breakdown of troubleshooting.
1) New IFL
2) New DW7000
3) New 1W Transmitter/LNB
4) LOS is clear
5) Signal strenght measured using a spectrum analyzer/lacuna/Hughes Pointing System OPI (with 22khs filter)
6) Footprint for Alberta Canada allows for both .74 and .98cm dishes. and 1W Trans.
7) Mast is Plumb
I guess what I'm wondering is if anyone has seen this dish do this. This maybe a Prodelin product but Hughes distributes it.
I have double checked my pointing equipment with a known Hughes Prodlin .98 dish, including the transmitters and LNBs I tried pointing with the .74 defective dish and everything has tested out fine on all transponders and frequencies.
