GeoSat CK1 C/KU Band LNBF

Hello.

I recently purchased the c-band bundle package from Sadoun which included the GeoSat CK1 C/KU Band LNBF. I took notice that the front lid of the LNBF easily comes off and discovered that the inside of the tube is somewhat empty. I'm not sure if its missing parts internally or thats how its supposed to be. During some preliminary tests, I confirmed that c-band reception can be received, but I've yet to try a KU-band satellite to confirm reception. Attached is a picture of how the device looks inside to determine if I received a defective LNBF. Any feedback would be much appreciated. Thanks.

-Paul

Sky TV is in England. Is that where you are located?
If that is the case, I would recommend you contact a local dealer who is familiar with your area and dish size requirements.
