Has anyone ever used 6' dish with 920?

Just wondering if this would work? I would like to slave my fta receiver to the 920 so that I could pick up both c and ku from fta. THe only 4dtv digital channel that I would actually want would be Game Show Network on DCII ku. Other than that I would be mostly be interested in the free analog and free digital channels on c-band and ku. Does anyone think a 6' dish would work for me with the 920 in Texas? Would I be able to get anything with a 4' dish using the 920 not really being interested into subscribing to the digital channels except for GSN?

I'm not sure about Texas but I have a 10 footer configured more or less the same as you want - Motorola DSR-905 Digital Sidecar slaved to a GI 2750R analog beast and it works OK; I would be tempted to say that a 6 footer would be cutting it close and a 4 footer -- no way. Just my opinion.
