V3000 Gbox

Ok, I have my 180cm dish with the H180 scanning satellites from 45 to 135. I don't know all the names... just the degree designations.. I have a V3000 box and the BSC631-2 LNB. I've been programming satellites as I go and I have a couple of issues.
1. The V3000 forgets the satellite number... uses a different one when I move to one of the scanned channels... I don't know if I ran out of positions, or I changed the east end satellite and everything shifted.
2. I can only get some of the Ku channels on 97. That's Galaxy 25, I know that one. I also can't get any of the Ku PBS channels on 87. I do get the 8 MTA stations real strong on 87. There was one point, when I knew I was pointing right at 87 that the receiver didn't pick up any Ku channels strength... I deleted the satellite in the Mercury and added a new sat, and power scanned. It still didn't bring in any channels.

I love the 180cm dish for the 89, 91, 103, 107.3, 121 and 123 sats...
