LNB Skew Question

Hi,
Using a DTV DSS dish/LNB, and no switches , I pointed to 61.5W, both signal and quality are good. But it does not bring any picture. Also no sat ID. When I point to 82W sat, it gets signal and correct sat ID shows up on VS Ultra.

I am thinking since I did not ajust the LNB skew, it is not getting the proper ID. I do not know how to adjust the LNB skew for this setup as the LNB itself can not be turned. For this location it needs -32 degrees of skew.
