Are these normal readings for DirecTV 5LNB Dish?

Just upgraded to HR21 and a 5 LNB slimline dish for DirecTV. Signal strength is better for 101, 110 and 119 than my old 3 LNB dish. But, I'm wondering if the readings I get for 99 and 103 are normal for my area, or if I need to re-dither the dish. I'm thinking the 0 signal strength transponders just may not be available in my area, as everything seems to be just fine otherwise.

I'm in Bakersfield, California (N35 24 and W119 08)

Here is what I have:

101 transponders
(1-8) 95 96 94 69 95 100 95 100
(9-16) 95 97 95 60 96 100 95 100
(17-24) 95 100 95 72 96 100 95 100
(25-32) 96 0 95 100 95 100 95 100

110 transponders
8=97 10=95 12=97

119 transponders
(22,23,24) 92 97 88
(25-32) 74 95 95 94 79 95 97 95

99 transponders
(1-8) 73 46 75 66 71 69

103s transponders
(1-6) 0 0 0 0 0 0
(15-16) 69 100
(17-24) 92 100 100 100 100 0 72 79

103c transponders
(1-8) 85 88 89 86 83 88 88 88
(9-14) 86 89 89 91 89 92
(17) 92
(22) 92

Thanks,

Glenn
