Fortec Star 36" dish and Hispasat

I bought a Fortec Star 36" dish from Sadoun to use it for getting Hispasat.

I'm getting the vertical channels but not the horizontal ones. the skew of the LNB is 30 degrees. if I change the skew of the LNB to 135 I get the horizontal ones but not the vertical ones. I know that everything is working fine but I can't get the horizontal channels and vertical channels at the same time.

I also found out that the dish is not 36" but 33.5" x 37". what's the right skew for my dish? any help or ideas would be appreciated

I have a Fortec Star 36" dish with a Dual Orasat Ku-Band Lineal LNBF and a Fortec Lifetime Ultra receiver. The cable goes directly from the LNB to the receiver.

Cool we have a question

In order to help you with your problem we need to know your location or zip code if in the US.
By the description you have a stationary dish.
Just by guessing let me tell you that 30° is not the correct skew unless you are on an island.
In general provide us with as much information as you can to give you a good answer.
