I live in Ocala Fl 34472. How do I know what satellite to point to so I can get all channels plus local changels?

you will not be able to get local channels with FTA. you will have to subscribe to Dish or Direct for that.

Are you trying to the OTA channels from Gainesville? I don't think any satellite offers that. What equipment do you have?

I mean all channels available in my area like with a normal dish service.

Sonicview 4000 receiver and Dishnet 500 satellite.

THere is nothing available with that combination of equipment. If you want Dn programming you need to call DN and they will set you up with whatever programming you desire but requires a DN receiver.

For your Sonicview 4000 receiver may I suggest you to get a 6 footer motorized dish with a C/Ku LNB?
You will get tons of good FTA channels.
If you don't have space for a BUD you can still buy a 76cm motorized dish with a 0.4dB linear LNB and you will still get tons of FTA channels.
