Installing 5 Birds to 4 STBs

I need to install 5 satellites to 4 receivers.
The installion needs to be as follows:
Satellite #1 to Receiver A - B - C & D
Satellite #2 to Receiver A - B & C
Satellite #3 to Receiver C & D
Satellite #4 to Receiver C & D
Satellite #5 to Receiver D

All dishes and LNBs are installed and pointing in the right direction.
Receivers A & B are Bell ExpressView model 3100
Receiver C is Viewsat Ultra and receiver D is Viewsat 9000HD
Bird #1 is Nimiq 2 (82°W), #2 is Nimiq 1-3 (91°W), #3 Echostar 8-10 (110°W), #4 is ES 7 (119°W) and finally, Bird #5 is ES 5 (129°W).
I need to know what switches, splitters, etc I need to hook up my receivers to the satellites as described above.

Thanks for your recommandations but I already have the dishes, LNBs and receivers. All I need is to put all this together so that it works.

Sats 1-2 with receivers A & B with valid subscription you should have no problems.

Sats 1-5 with receivers C & D with or without valid subscription is violating rules of this board.
