Dish size for NSS806

Hi, I'm planning to install a dish to receive the free channels from the NSS806. What size I should buy?. I was planning to buy your Fortec Star FS6D 1.8 mts Also I don't see on Sadoun.com a feedhorn and/or the LNBS for C-Band. Do you sell them? I live in New Jersey Location: 40.410876 N, 74.237955 W I found on the NS806 satellite provider that on my area they have an EIRP of 40.5 Thanks.

For NSS806 you would be best served by a 10' mesh dish. A7.5 may yield satisfactry results. It may still be borderline on some of the weaker signals. I have heard a few say they have had success with smaller reflectors, but I wouldn't expect great results.

The problem with c band on a smaller dish is not only the signal strenth but nieghboring c band satellites. The width of thier beam alows for too much cross over interference. Another satellite within 2 or 3 degree can cause 'spill over' and degrade both signals. PAS3r is 2 1/2° west and is a fairly string bird itself.

I live in Europe (The Netherlands) and the eirp here is according to the footprint about 38dB.
I can receive 95% of the channels with my 1,8m dish.
The strongest have 90% strengt and also 90% in signal quality.
The weakest just don't get over the treshold.
Don't worry about other satellites, this is no problem with a 1,8m dish.
The satellite is circulair polarised, if you buy a corotor, beware it is suitable for these signals.
