No quality can arise from several causes. I do not know if you have previous experience or not. Your small dish indicates you are ku band only, right? First you must have a ku linear or universal lnb. The setting in your antenna menu should probably have a high frequency of 10750. You may or may not be able to get all the transponders so no quality on the first one may not be indicative. You should check lyngsat maps to see if you are well within the footprint of the bird. Here in Guadalajara we get the international channels on Galaxy 25 very easily on my six foot fortec center focus. Good luck.

Exclamation

What are your Dish Settings in the 8000Hd Menu ?

------------------------------

Try:

LNB Type - SINGLE
LNB Freq -10750
22kHz - OFF
LNB Power - ON

Search - FTA
Network Search - OFF
DisEqc - OFF ( If Only running straight to LNB)
Motor - OFF
Legacy Switch- OFF

.
