No Signal Quality

I am 18.0 North 76.8 West running a brand new install with a 6 panel Fortec Star (180CM). My receiver is a NeoSat iPro 2000, I have used both my Fortecstar Ku Band LNB (FSKU4) and my BSC621 LNB (C/Ku band) and still not getting any signal quality. Strength seems to be constant at 75%. What are some of the things I need to be checking?

for one thing you are using the wrong sat to set up your system the echo sats are circular and you have a linear lnbf. try using 74w sat freq 11734 SR 6616.

I agree with rainman.
That satellite is not FTA and per your coordinates is not your true south.

About the installation, I see you have no motor, the mount is incorrectly assembled and you have too much play on the mast.
If the pipe is 3"OD, then you have to readjust the set screws.

Without motor you are limited to one satellite.

Agreed on the mast diameter but at a loss on the mount assembly. It did not look correct to me either but the longer i look at it I do not see another way to assemble the thing. Sure looks odd though. Since you are using no motor/actuator what st are you trying to receive? You will only get one without the ability to steer the dish.

Wink First things first

Is the pole plumb?
It looks that you have a wrong pipe diameter for the pole.
As Byx said, first locate the satellite (linear) closest to your south.

If he is not using a motor of any type locating south will do nothing but kill time unless the sat he desires is at his south position.
