Cool actuator weird behavior

My actuator is acting funny.
This is the situation.
Looking the antenna from the back it is mounted where fully retracted is at SATMEX5 and fully extended is past PAS3R. I never go beyond to avoid getting stuck so I stop at PAS3R to watch Teletica.
Sometimes anywhere I move the dish lands on the perfect spot as memorized, but sometimes it lands off by a little bit. It shows the memory allocation with the name given but it is off.
If I do the run again it stops at the right place or sometimes worse.
One example if I'm watching PAS1R and I go to Intelsat805 it will not land correctly but if I go from PAS1R to PAS9 and then back to Intelsat805, it lands on the correct place and there is no need to compensate manually.
Sometimes happens when I go from Intelsat 5 to AMC4 fails but if I go from SATMEX5 or SATMEX6 to AMC4 it lands in the correct place.
Everything appears to be tight with the exception of both screws # 7 on the polar mount, that with all the washers and nuts show too much play.
Have you seen this before?

also what size and type of actuator are you using is it the right weight limit for your dish if not you will need a heavier duty actuator.

I'm using the actuator described below with a v-box positioner and a viewsat ultra receiver.

HARL-3624 (TD-24)
Moteck REGULAR LINEAR ACTUATOR Arm Dish Mover (TD)
24" stroke length 36v Standard Duty Actuator for use with C Band or KU Band (Prime Focus) Dishes up to 10'

Cool actuator bracket

By the way if you look at the attached picture, I would like to know if that is the correct position for the mounting bracket or should it go further up towards the tip or towards the motor?

the bracket looks fine the problem is it's harder to pull the dish than push it so the sensor maybe missing counts.

Cool picture

Rainman:
The picture is not my of my actuator, it is one that I copied from SADOUN site.
I'm wondering if that is the recomended position for the bracket or should it go more to the tip or to the motor side.
Please advise.

where the bracket is mounted is about normal as long as you receive the arc you are looking for and the motor don't bind up you can mount the bracket about anywhere on the tube. I usaly set my far west sat with a little extra movement then adjust the bracket to receive it then the east sats should fall into place,

OK that is relief.
My far west satellite is SATMEX5 where I have the motor totally retracted, just like you say with a little extra movement and then almost fully extended at PAS3R.
Going by the count displayed at the V-Box at SATMEX5 shows 15 and at PAS3R shows 824.
