Dish Network 1000.2 local channels

I am trying to point a new 1000.2, with a 311 receiver from zip code 43973. I have relocated a DishPro previously with no problems, and have been trying to get all three satellites with the new dish mounted right next to the DishPro. It took a long time, but I was finally able to locate and tweak 119; 110 comes in well too. However, when I do a check switch these are the only two satellites; I can't get 129. I have tried everything I have read on forums:

- Ensured the mast is plumb (using a level) both directions

- Put foil on two of the three LNB's (right two, which according to the install PDF is 119 and 110) to site in/ tweak

- Turned off the receiver for hours after running check switch so a software update could be downloaded (but there's no indication it has)

- unplgged receiver, done another check switch -- which, BTW, says:

110
All
1k.2

Conn
X
1k.2

119
All
1k.2

X
X
N.C.

(Sorry, but I can't get create a table to make it look like the output on the tv)

I got the 1000.2 for local channels, not HD programming (reason Dish Network did not install is long story, but suffice it to say we are very remote and can rarely get anyone to ever show up for scheduled appt's). I have used a sat finder I bought from this site, and like I said, have been able to get two of the three sat's. I am at a loss.

Any ideas, anyone?

OK, so I made a rookie mistake: I had the wrong LNB picking up 119. I was able to make this determination by putting foil over the right LNB while peaking, then also the center and still was getting signal from 119. However, I have corrected the alignment but still do not get the third sat for local channels.

I also unplugged the receiver for several minutes then plugged it back in and left the power off to see if it would download an update. I am still only getting 110 and 119.

ADDITIONAL FOLLOW UP:

I have very good signal strength on 110 and 119, but when I do a check switch these are the only sats that show. When I go to the Point Dish screen for signal strength and go to sat 129 w/ transponder 16, I have good signal (78) but it is not locked. It also says EchoStar 119 West. I even went out and cut down some trees just in case they were in the way, but still nothing. No one has any ideas?!
