Product recomendation for combining and splitting

I have read what I could find/understand about combining, over the air TV signals w/ my 2 yr old DirecTV system.

Can someone recommend what I need to:

1) Attach both RG6 cables from my DirecTV dish
2) Attach a single RG cable from by Over the Air Antenna
3) I need a combiner for the above with at least 8 coaxial outputs to combine both signals and distro to house
4) What diplexer I need at the TV end.

I think what I need is:

1 JVI 35 DTV38 Mini Multiswitch
1 45 MTZ JVI outdoor matching X-former
1 Unimount I
1 S-uv30 splitter
