I just got my new dish from sadoun today and I can't get the LNBF arm mounted on it. It is like 2 plus inches short from reaching the top bracket to attach it to. Could I have received the wrong arm? I tried the dish mounting brackets in all positions.
Please help!
I measured the lnb arm and it is 40.5 inches long with the curve in it that i measured around. Is this correct or did I get the wrong arm?

It can happen give Sadoun a call and see if you might of got the arm for a 80cm dish.
