need to set transponders on galaxy 16

need to set this satellite up to be my true south satellite.
only problem is this sat is mostly scramble i have a viewsat with a fortec dish and motor all set to the proper settings i am using a invacom 31 lnb

so i know i set to linear,
i just need to know what tranponders and numbers i need to set at to get some type of reading on my strength and quality so i can aim my dish properly

These are data transponders, no picture but they will show quality indication so you can align the dish to them.
