Exclamation Mercury II Receiver Problems

I just bought a fortec star 90 inch dish with a digi motor sg2100 (MercuryII, SG2100, DISH, QPH031, SM21H, SHat, SF95LK) M3 FTA Motorized Satellite System) when i connect the cable form the motor to the receiver the receiver star blinking and it won't turn on, i don't know what i'm doing wrong? i connect the lnb to the switch and the switch to the motor and the motor to the receiver, can someone please help me???

Azimuth (magn.): 190.7° using Compass
Declination angle: 6.1°

check your coaxial cable for short (shield to ground) with a multimeter.

(disconnect both ends of cable - at motor and at receiver before testing with meter)
