on the elevation guides on the side of the motor do you line up the bottom of the tab that says down or with the the two little knotches on the top and bottom of the nut? Also my lnb just fits in a round clamp Should it be slid toward the dish or the other way or centered

Apparently the SG2100 has changed a bit since I bought mine, and apparently there were always some slight variations with respect to the washer. However with MY SG2100, the correct adjustment seems to be just ahead of the little points on the washer (if you have such a washer). See picture below:



Also, check that the setting on the latitude scale is 90 minus the setting on the elevation scale.
