V-Box II Problem ????

I purchased a V-Box II from Sadoun back in January and now setting it up. Yesterday I set it up with a Fortec-Star-Mercury-II and a 7.5’ old bud. Put about 7 satellites in from AMC-7 to Galaxy 11. Everything worked just fine with the Mercury II moving the bud from one satellite to another that was programmed in. Well, to day I thought I’d set the east limit in due to a big evergreen tree blocking some of the full limit on the east side. No sense moving the bud the extra 4 inches to the reed switch. Well, now I have a "Er2" message error and can only move the bud one click at a time. I have checked the wiring, reed switch sensor is not broken and the motor is working. I have done Factory Restore Default (reset) with and with out all the wires. Everything I have done the Er2 error is still there.
I can move the bud with both the V-Box remote and Mercury II remote one click at a time. Programming in the satellites the Mercury II will say moving the dish but it dose not.
The (Restore Factory Default (Reset): This function will clear all data in the positioner, includes High/Low Limits, Satellite Positions, …, ect. (Well, everything but Er2).
Anyone got any suggestions?

Problem fixed on the V-Box II

I found the problem and fixed it. It’s working like it should. Between the DiSEqC Positioner instructions and the GI satellite receiver Guide and the actual labeling on the Saginaw Actuator all different I got it all figured out. Just a note of information on the V-Box II, where is says "Pulse and Ground" on the back. This connection could very depending on the type of Actuator you have. I bought this 7.5’ dish set up back in 1993 and it still got the original motor and dish. I put in a BSC621-2 C/KU Digital LNBF and the V-Box II and connected it to the Mercury II. If it wasn’t for the trees growing up over the years I could use it all year round.
By the way I got the Mercury II and V-Box II from the people at Sadoun. Good people to work with.
