I am trying to install a
Dish 1000 to replace a
dish 500 so we can get
HD. I am able to get fairly weak signals on 110, 119 and 129 and have them locked. I ran a switch test and it verified all was good. When we fine-tuned it the best we could - we got random channels (some 9000HD channels, some low 100 channels, etc) We could not pull in any locals/networks, 170s, etc. The HD channels that came in definitely were HD quality. Did I need to do something with the receiver to get the other channels? Did we just need to keep tweaking it? Any advise would be welcomed. Thank you.
