Question on Manuel PIDs

I scanned G10, but did not receive all the channels listed for each transponder in Lyngsat. So, I added them using manual video/audio PIDs. When I did this and scanned, I found the channel but the audio and video are not synchronized, I see lips moving and the sound follows 2 seconds later. Any Idea if this is an unavoidable problem, or would adding the third PID number help with this? Also, How does one find that third PID number using Lyngsat?

Thanks, Mark

Re: Question on Manuel PIDs

1. Make sure you have good lock on the transponder. Weak signal might cause the A/V out of sync.
2. Did you key in the PCR. Most of the case, PCR is the same is the same as VideoPid. PCR must be correct. Otherwise, A/V will be out of sync.
3. In future, please provide what brand of your receiver.
Michael
