Good memory! I have two Winegard offset dishes (one shown in my photo), one 1m Pansat prime focus (S-band weather receiver), one 1.8m Fortec prime focus (waiting for C/Ku band
installation), and the 90/76cm Fortec offset dish. The dish you see by my post is a Winegard. I'm logging in via WildBlue, and the kids downstairs have DirecTV.
These are personal dishes in addition to what I use at work. I'm going to kill this thread when I get back to Arlington. I'll recheck the LNBF on a known good installaton, and if that isn't the problem the dish is going to become a snow saucer or a wok.
I work both analog and digital channels, so I have Pico-Macom and Blonder-Tongue analog receivers waiting for when the 1.8m dish gets installed. (Lots of government programming still on analog
C-band.)
The issue with the Fortec 90 is that I ordered a 90, but I realize now that a Fortec 76 is what showed up in a 90 box. I have had poor performance from this dish, and am about to abandon it.
Sadoun has been very good to me, so I'm chalking this up to life in general.
