Smile help with installation

I just bought a new set of 90 cm dish, Invacom QPH-031,
Sadoun PowerTech DG240, and a 22KHZ Multi-Switch S-SM21H from Sadoun. The receiver is the Coolsat 7000.
The last couple of days I've been in struggle to put it into work but not successful.
I tried to get IA5 at 97W, I got the level strength at about 78% but the quality always at 0%.
My lat = 39N and lon = 77W . I set my True South at 190, the elevation angle for motor was set at 51 and the dish elevation was set to 28.9 ( according the table instruction from Sadoun for DG240 motor), but this number was a little dificult to set since it hard to locate 28.9 on that tiny scale. I tried to till it a little up and down but still have no quality strength.
I know that I did not set up it correctly. Here is what my input for Dish Setting:
LNB Type: Single
LNB Power: On
LNB 22KHz: On
LNB Frequency: 10750
DiseqC 1.0: Off
DiseqC 1.1: Off
Legacy SW: Off

I'm really appreciate your help . Thanks,

Assuming that you're connected through that switch, I'd recommend bypassing the switch. I'm not familiar with that switch, but it's possible that you have the linear port connected to the 22khz off port, so you might also try 22khz off.

I would take that Switch out of the System and try something like this:
Sadoun DiSEqC Switch 2-Way DS21 1.0,2.0

My system is run using the same 22KHz switch and it works perfectly.
1. Is your switch between the motor and the LNB?
2. As stated above, are you sure you have your connections/settings correct?
3. I am not familiar with the Coolsat, but my LNB setting type is "Standard"
on my Pansat.
4. You may have been bit with the angle error that many of us have been afflicted with and it amounts to about 5° in elevation. Try moving the dish up and down by about that amount.
5. Are you sure you are on a good TP?

Good luck
