IA5 channels

hi,
I got 1 dish 33 inches, and 1 Ku band LnbF, zipcode 95135, I know the ele is 39.5, tilt is -28 and Az is 126.6 north. Only Az, I don't know exactly position, but I tried from left to rignt and right to left, almost 360 degree. but the quality is less than 10%. If I swich to dish pro500. I got around 30 channel in IA5, but the dish 33 inches, I got nothing. receiver is colsat 6k. any one help me to get chanel in IA5. I used satellite finder, but no luck.

use a compass and point to 129 degrees.
Thats where IA5 is from your location.
Your other numbers look OK.

Make sure your receiver is on an active transponder before looking for the signal.

I dont know why a dish network dish would operate on IA5. I didnt think there were any circular transponders on that one, but I could be wrong.

You also need to make sure the LNB type specified in your settings is correct for the one on your 31 inch dish. It's either STD or UNIVERSAL ku band LNBF, maybe you can read us the markings on it so we can tell you what to set your receiver at.
